Due to the nature of these parts, we do NOT accept returns or issue refunds for any items that have been mailed.  Although certain exceptions will be made, this is a general rule and should be kept in mind when placing your order with regards to insurance.

All items shipped to a US address will automatically recieve a Delivery Confirmation number to provide package tracking.  Please be sure that your shipping address is CONFIRMED/VERIFIED thru Paypal before completing your order to avoid any un-necessary processing delays.

All shipping for foreign addresses will be done via EMS unless other arrangements are made.  This policy will be suspended for those overseas customers who have completed transactions in the past or after your first complete transaction thru the new venue.  This will provide both package tracking to your door and insurance.  Again, please be sure your shipping address is verified to avoid any delays.
