The store forum is currently down, and will be back soon in a new and easier to access format. Also of note, shipping has gone up due to continuing problems with "lost" orders and the USPS price increase. All orders will now include mandatory insurance.
If for some reason, this is a problem for you, then you can contact me to try to work something out. I have no problem working with previous customers in good standing in this regard. Use Facebook, or a forum PM for fastest response.
Please forgive the lack of pretty pictures and text describing who I am and what I do here. As people are still unsure about the order process (after 7 years) I thought it best to post it plainly here on the front page for everyone to see in bullet points.
Items are listed in the store. Most are physically in stock, but some are not. If you have a question or a special need with regards to timeliness (birthday, holiday, contest, etc...), ask BEFORE ordering.
When you place your order, your order status will read "pending" until I manually change it to "processing", at which time you will get an email notice that let's you know it's been received.
After your order status has been changed to "processing", the available items will be pulled from inventory and packed for shipping. This can take about 4 weeks. Right now, order processing is taking 4 to 6 weeks.
I do not answer emails about "where's my order?" or "how long is it going to be?". If the order still says "processing", it hasn't been shipped yet. The time I would spend answering curiosity emails is much better spent actually working on the orders.
Once your order is ready to ship, that status will be changed to "completed". At that time you will get an email stating this, and it will include your Delivery Confirmation number for US orders, or your Customs number/EMS number for foreign orders. You can also find shipping updates in the store forum under the "now shipping" section.
If your order has to be shipped incomplete, there will be a slip in the mailer that tells you what items are on "back-order". These item(s) will be shipped as soon as they are made.
Complete custom figure kits (as noted on each page featuring them) are made to order, and worked on after all other outstanding items have been taken care of. This can result in a lengthy wait. You have been warned.
If your order arrives and a part is broken or damaged in transit, contact me and I will work with you to get it replaced.
You may have noticed a new section filled with "discontinued" items. This will be the repository for things that have been available in the past, but have been retired, filled their print run (this pertains to figures) or have otherwise been cancelled. This is an effort on my part to get the numbers down to a manageable size and make shipping faster. I will continue to add items to this category as I go along, so if you want older items, now is the time to purchase them.
